Our Training Pathway

 Raising Presence UK offers a structured training pathway in Non-Violent Resistance (NVR) practice. Each level builds on the last, ensuring practitioners grow in skill, confidence, and impact. 

 Participants can:

• Integrate NVR principles into their work with individual families
   
• Shadow NVR parent/carer groups
   
• Undertake Level 2 training
   

This level is designed for practitioners beginning their NVR journey, gaining confidence in the core principles and applying them in practice.

 Participants can:

• Carry out all Level 1 activities
   
• Deliver specific NVR courses with individual families
   
• Co-facilitate NVR parent/carer groups (with supervision by an NVR UK accredited supervisor)
   
• Undertake Local Supervisor training
   
• Undertake Level 3 training
   

This level is designed for practitioners ready to embed NVR more deeply, apply it independently, and take on greater responsibility.

 Participants will be able to:

• Carry out all Level 2 activities
   
• Lead NVR parent/carer groups
   
• Undertake Accredited Supervisor training
   
• Undertake Level 4A Train-the-Trainer training
   

This advanced level recognises practitioners as accredited NVR leaders, capable of training and supervising others.

Supervision and Quality Assurance:
All training is trauma-informed, evidence-based, and delivered with supervision from NVR UK accredited supervisors.
